Active Incidents Dispatched
The Emergency Communications Center (ECC) is responsible for dispatching emergency services to the South Central Task Force counties. The ECC monitors the FireEMS dispatch TG or Channel for these counties, as well as the main fire-ground and TAC TGs.

ECC Information
The ECC is located within the Department of Public Safety and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The public can access the ECC for emergency needs by dialing 9-1-1. The ECC also handles non-emergency calls through three regional phone numbers:
